How we come together in your project and business endeavor

After you have contacted me we hold an initial meeting during which we jointly explore the project goal, get to know one another and start building mutual trust. After your assignment, we then plan the overall project together and also work out the implementation plan together, if necessary or desired together with your employees.

I take over the operational support of the implementation step-by-step making sure to arrange regular feedback meetings with you, while also supporting you as your sparring partner. We involve the employees and adjust the project goals and steps if necessary. Finally, I support you in ensuring the sustainability of the implemented measures.

BUSINESS CASE 1

Interim change management in digital backoffice outsourcing T&T project for two renowned banking clients.

– Leading the change management preparation for the organization and conversion of the work processes through training management for the employees. Ensuring the sustainability of the new work processes after the digitalization by implementing the new work processes.

– Switzerland and Monte Carlo

– Banking and Banking Backoffice Outsourcing, in FinTech.

With the goal of a smooth transition to new banking operating model after digitalization, a change management program was created for the implementation and new work processes were evaluated for the banks. The banks were supported in their change of working methods, training programs were jointly developed and implemented, and customers were coached throughout the process.

The program gained, both, the cooperation of customers and achieved harmonization of interests in the customers’ organization. New ways of working were established between the banks and the outsourcer. The preparation of the organizational change was optimized.

Implementation was carried out using the industry standards PROSCI and IPMA while remaining focused on stakeholder communication.

BUSINESS CASE 2

Multi project manager in the digitalization of sales channels of different customer segments of a market leading Swiss telecommunication company – digitalization and improvement of physical work processes in sales and customer service. Increase of efficiency by reduced complexity in the customer service process, cost reduction by several million CHF and achieving sustainability by employee trainings.

Executing and management of digitalization projects in the shortest possible time. Installation of cross-divisional customer service basic processes and bridging with software development. Digitalization of old manual customer services processes, multi-project manager for digitalization in order handling and customer services – with absolute focus on improving customer journey. With strong cooperation of the cross-functional business teams from operations and development, improved work processes alongside efficiency were implemented. The transfer of competencies of the employees was prepared by hands-on trainings. Business unit requirements were implemented sustainably while cost savings of several million Swiss francs were achieved.

Implementation was carried out with the industry standards PROSCI and IPMA and with company-specific software delivery processes – transparent stakeholder communication played a central role.

Project Manager and Coordinator in a ‘Global IT Transition & Transformation Project’ of a Swiss global holding company.

Structured alignment of the IT workforce of all business units in the final phase of the global project. Intercultural communication.

By harmonizing the global coordination of the workstreams, the transfer of ‘IT Managed Services’ to the future outsourced IT operating system could be implemented smoothly. Self-developed project management dashboards and tracking tools were developed in the team, and establishing transparency in the project. Stakeholder communication was used to re-establish trust and cooperation between the outsourcing company and the global customer.

Organizational consultant for a leading well-known machine manufacturer in the engine and automotive industry on Lake Constance

– Establishment of a new organizational unit ‘Investor Communications’ after the company’s IPO

The new organizational unit ‘Investor Communications’ was set up after the IPO and the introduction of the new communications strategy was launched. Project manager in the transformation phase of an access technology digitalization project in the construction industry for a leading international global Swiss company.

As an entrepreneur and founder of my own companies in Switzerland, Germany and the UK – sole proprietorship, Swiss Ltd., UK Ltd. – in the field of consulting and real estate investment, I know very well the joy and challenges of founders and new entrepreneurs, and of the movers and shakers of the new sustainable entrepreneurship. 

I have also had the privilege of accompanying a number of founders and projects on their way to implementation, during and after the C-phase since 2021. 

I founded my first consulting company in 2007 in Germany and in 2013 the Swiss J Sardi Management GmbH, followed by BusinessCreator in January 2022 – I execute mandates in Switzerland, Germany, Europe and overseas.

I now exercise my many years of experience in the international industry available to founders and small businesses through BusinessCreator. In this way I support the creation of new and sustainable ventures for life.

I studied business administration at the University of Regensburg in Germany and hold a diploma in global economics and foreign trade from the Budapest School of Foreign Trade, now a faculty of the Budapest University of Economics. 

I have extensive certifications with high industry standards in Project and Change Management (IPMA®, PROSCI® from CMC in UK, Organizational Change Management from Business School of Maastricht), as well as in Investor Communications as one of the first CIRO graduates ‘Certified Investor Relations Officer’ from Investor Relations Association, Hamburg in Germany.

The many courses and trainings in personal development and coachings have reinforced in me the conviction that people are happiest when they put into practice their innate competencies and are allowed to perform with them in all life situations, a ‘never ending process’.

In my private life, my center of life is in Switzerland and the German speaking countries, with a link to Hungary and the Anglo-Saxon countries worldwide. Newly I have discovered my admiration for Africa. I describe myself as a rural cosmopolitan with a down-to-earth attitude and as a ‘mover and shaker’. 

Privately, I devote my attention to personal development, close affinity to nature and the sustainable environmentally friendly implementation of projects.
